Trafficpunk is on my gotta surf list and one of my favorites, it's one of the easiest sites to surf because the turning numbers don't require doing a math problem or looking at tiny letters that my lousy eyes can't see, and best of all I love the fact that I'm not forever having to interupt my surfing to report frame breakers or multiple pop up sites. I also like the fact that I can keep my site rotating easily but I don't have a ton of unused credits sitting in my account. To answer your other question, we do filter sites that are against our terms or sites that break frames, cause problems, etc.
